Co-Track brings time, leave, expenses and travel into one application for project-based firms, with structured approvals and live cost insight for every project stage.
It runs in your own Azure tenant, and your staff sign in with the Microsoft 365 accounts they already have.
Accurate time capture underpins billing and profitability.
Co-Track makes logging time quick enough that people keep it up to date, and records every hour against the project stage it belongs to.
- Two ways to capture time. A weekly timesheet grid organised by client, project and stage, or a calendar view where you drag to log time.
- Cost by project stage. Every hour and expense is recorded against a project and one of six delivery stages, from Inception to Close Out.
- Leave, expenses and travel. Leave shows on the same timesheet. Expense claims carry securely stored invoices, and travel is claimed at kilometre rates fixed at the time of the claim.
- Approvals with separation of duties. Approvers work from one queue. Expenses and travel each need two independent approvals.
- Profitability reporting. Budget consumption, hours and profitability per project and stage, with Excel, PDF and CSV exports.
- Administration in one place. Administrators maintain projects, stage pipelines, staff and managers, vehicles and rates, and public holidays from one area. A notification centre shows each person what's waiting for them.

Single sign-on with Microsoft 365
Staff use their existing Microsoft 365 accounts, and your multi-factor authentication and conditional access policies apply automatically.
Roles managed centrally
User, Manager and Administrator roles are managed in Microsoft Entra ID, so a leaver's access ends everywhere at once.
Billed by Microsoft at cost
Microsoft bills you directly for Azure, so there's no hosting margin. CoVault configures, operates and monitors the environment, and there's no lock-in.
No passwords in the stack
The application reaches its database through Azure managed identity, so there are no connection strings to leak.
