CoVault Analytics (PTY) LTD (registration number 2024/753980/07) is a South African company based in Pretoria. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us about it at info@covault.co.za.
What this notice covers
This notice covers personal information we receive through this website and when you email us. It does not cover the applications we build and run for clients. Those are governed by our agreement with each client.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything else you choose to include, such as your company, role or details about your enquiry.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver this website and keep it secure.
This website has no forms, sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or meeting, and keep a record of our conversation with you. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share it only with the service providers that run our email and website, such as Microsoft, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose it where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and as long as the law requires. After that we delete them.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask us:
- what personal information we hold about you
- to correct or delete it
- to stop using it, if you object to how we use it
Email info@covault.co.za and we'll reply within one to two business days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
